Shipping

• Free Shipping available on all orders of media-rate qualified items for delivery within the USA via USPS Media Mail when the order total is $25.00 or more. 
• $4.50 handling fee for orders under $25.00.

    We make every attempt to stock all titles and to ship orders within two business days of receipt of order.

Due to the nature of our products items may not be returned unless they are defective, damaged in shipment or you have received the wrong item. At the Company’s sole discretion we can make exceptions to this policy. If we do, you will need to request a return authorization number (RAN) by calling Customer Service: 573.858.3244, or by email: CustomerService@Back40Group.com and return the item at your expense, properly packed. Such requests must be made within five days of the receipt of the product. Items received by us in damaged condition will not be accepted.  For items we agree to exchange a 15% restocking fee may be deducted and  a credit issued for other merchandise from our store. No cash refunds will be made.
