Jerusalem Artichokes are now available!

We here at Back 40 Books are expanding our horizons and our inventory offerings to now
include seeds, plants and tubers. First up will be tubers of the Jerusalem artichoke.
Jerusalem Artichokes will grow throughout most of the U.S. from Zone 3 to Zone 9.
The knobby tubers have a crisp texture, much like that of water chestnuts only a little
sweeter. They resemble carrots in texture and have a nutty taste.

These are available while supply lasts, first come first serve!
