Back 40 Group Privacy Policy

We at Back 40 want you to shop our store with confidence.

We never rent, loan or make our customer list available to any other company.  If, at any time, you wish to be removed from our customer list notify us by e-mail at CustomerService@Back40Books.com    Be sure to provide us with your exact name and address.

Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products items may not be returned
unless they are defective, damaged in shipment or you have received the wrong item.
At the Company’s sole discretion we can make exceptions to this policy. If we do, you
will need to request a return authorization number (RAN) by calling Customer Service at
573.858.3559 or via e-mail from CustomerService@Back40Books.com and return the item
at your expense, properly packed. Such requests must be made within five days of the
receipt of the product. Items received by us in damaged condition will not be accepted.
For items we agree to exchange a 15% restocking fee will be deducted and we will issue
a credit slip good for other merchandise from our store. No cash refunds will be made.

All orders for delivery within the USA are shipped free via Media Mail when the order total is over $19.94.  For orders under $19.95 a handling charge of $2.50 will be added.  For international shipping please contact our customer service department at: CustomerService@Back40Books.com.
